Conference Fee

The participants from the Republic of Serbia shall pay the conference fee in the amount of EUR 100.00, in dinar equivalent.

The participants from abroad shall pay the conference fee in the amount of EUR 150.00.

The Programme Board members, keynote speakers, employees and students of the Academy Branch in Užice, as the organisers of the conference, will be exempted from the conference fee payment. The co-authors will not be charged any conference fee if the author is exempted from the payment.

The conference organiser shall recommend the accommodation, but the participants shall make reservations on their own.

All the conference participants and guests shall receive the promotional materials.

* All bank transfer fees shall be covered by the participant, and may not be deducted from the amount transferred.

Domestic participants can make the conference fee payment in the dinar equivalent calculated at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment.

The deadline for the conference fee payment is 1^st May 2025. The accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings only if the conference fee payment is made by the deadline.

Regular fee (100 euros) covers:

• Admission to SED 2025 Conference
• Certificate of Participation
• Conference Proceedings (electronic version)
• Oral or poster presentation at the Conference
• Conference pack
• Coffee break refreshments

NB: No refunds will be made in case of a cancellation.
