Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies collects, keeps and uses personal information for the purpose of keeping you informed on the status of the publications, meetings, and other SED-related activities, as well as for the purpose of answering your enquiries.

Photographs, video-streaming, and other forms of audio and video files
Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies may use and publish free of charge and without any further consent of the participants the photos and shots taken of the participants and/or results of their work (such as posters, segments of presentations or lectures) during the Conference for the purpose of publishing reports of the event and/or announcing future events.

Updating your personal information
If you consider your personal information collected by Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies inaccurate, obsolete or incomplete, you may request its correction in writing. The Academy shall undertake the necessary activities to have it corrected as soon as possible.

Western Serbia Academy of Applied Studies is obliged to privacy compliance with regard to all the information and documents collected for the purpose of organising the SED Conference.

All the personal information included in the documents necessary for the organisation of the SED Conference shall be processed in compliance with the provisions of the national legislation.
